**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking a strategic finance professional to fill the role of Manager IV Finance for the Ground Systems & Services (GSS) Business Unit within our Space and Mission Systems (SMS) Sector. This critical position reports directly to the SMS Sector Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and supports the Vice President and General Manager of the GSS Business Unit. The successful candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the GSS Business Unit, focusing on Cost Estimating and Pricing, Financial Planning & Analysis, Scheduling, and Project Controls.

This role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with government and corporate requirements, and partnering with business and operational leadership to deliver profitable growth, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.
