Finance Manager
Main responsibilities:
Responsible to oversee the finance business function for the Rig, Offices and Shipyards for cost centers managed locally. Responsible for all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information and reports. Responsible for external compliance with tax, legal, customs, banks, or other required entities under the responsibility of the department. Responsible for internal, external, and legally required Audits. Ensure full compliance with the policies and procedures established by the Company. Ensures accurate and timely statutory and tax reports as required by local authorities Manage the Finance department and support the other departments of the company Requirements:
