Finance Manager (M&E/Construction Industry)

We are hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee finance operations, reporting, compliance, and project costing within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and financial reporting
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Monitor project costing and revenue recognition
• Ensure timely GST, tax, and statutory submissions
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external parties
• Lead and support the finance team
• Support financial analysis and process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience
• Prior experience in construction industry is preferred
