Position Overview
Job Description: - Lead and oversee the full finance function, including:
- Financial reporting
- FP&A, budgeting and forecasting
- Month-end close and reconciliations
- Tax and regulatory compliance
- Accounts payable and financial controls
- Act as a subject matter expert for finance and operational systems; support system adoption and process improvement
- Produce highâquality financial insights to influence business strategy and decision-making
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulators
- Maintain and strengthen financial integrity through effective controls and governance
- Engage with external stakeholders, including funders and professional advisors
- Support treasury, funding programmes, and due diligence processes
- Monitor financial performance, identify cost efficiencies, and assess key business risks
