Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audit documentation, ESG sustainability reports, and variance analysis to meet reporting deadlines.
- Lead forecasting, budget planning, and cost management while providing actionable financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements, including GST, MAS reporting, and SGX announcements.
- Manage liquidity, oversee cash flow, authorize payments, and review reconciliations for accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers for year-end audits and tax filings.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
