Finance Manager

We're partnering with a high-growth, ASX listed mid-cap business to appoint a Finance Manager into a pivotal role within the group finance function.
This is a broad, hands-on position working closely with an experienced CFO and senior leadership team, with real influence across financial performance, decision-making, and the ongoing build of a scalable finance function.
The role:
Lead end-to-end financial operations including month end, reporting, audit and statutory compliance
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decisions
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and performance analysis
Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk frameworks
Drive improvements across systems, reporting and finance processes
Lead and develop a small, capable finance team
