Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&L reports, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor departmental expenses against budget.
- Support department heads with financial analysis and cost management.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities.
