**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for managing the business cycles: current month, current quarter, current year, and 10 year plan (budget, QMI, LRF) for the RTP Engineering organization in Defense Engines. Explain KPIs measuring the performance in all areas of spending - mfg support, field support, R&D (CFD) and customer spend. Analyze the variance to forecasts and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed. Coordinate and communicate forecasts to team/management.
