Chapman Tripp's Auckland Finance Practice is looking for an intermediate (or senior) level solicitor to join the highly successful team, with a focus on bond issuances, structured finance and financial regulation.

You will be working on a range of innovative and market-leading financial markets transactions for prestigious corporate, bank, fund and other clients, including sustainable finance, bonds, securitisations, regulatory capital and derivatives. This is an interesting and challenging role and will suit an enthusiastic self-starter.

We expect that you will already have experience in a busy commercial law firm environment and are looking to take the next step in your career. You will have exposure with corporate finance, preferably including financial markets and advisory work. A strong academic background is a prerequisite.
