Position Overview
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the Finance team on administrative tasks to support finance deliverables and day-to-day operations. In this critical role of a dynamic growing business, it is an opportunity to gain exposure to finance operations in the construction industry and gain experience in Accounts Payable.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of deliveries expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundation of responsibilities and capabilities that are required for the candidate to be successful in this role. Day-to-day operational tasks including account payables, accounts receivables, and bank reconciliation functions. Maintain accurate and thorough finance data records Support in any other ad-hoc duties as required by the team Adherence to safety in the workplace Other administrative scope such as scanning and filing of documents
