Position Overview
- Processing AR invoices, Receipts, Giro Run and handle customer enquiries.
- Reconciling of Daily counter collection vs NETs Merchant report / CEPAS LTA collection.
- Reconciling daily interfaced transactions/cash receipts with the source system/against Nets records.
- Follow up on unidentified transactions/receipts and recoverable balance sheet items.
- Prepare journal entries for monthly closing.
- Assist to prepare monthly Schedules for audit and tax reporting purpose.
- Assist in ensuring GST and audit compliance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements - Diploma holder with 1-3 years of relevant experience, candidates with no prior experience may be considered.
- Attention to details and determination to maintain high quality of work is essential.
