Responsibilities
- 1. To maintain bank book, accounts receivable and payable are recorded in up-to-date status with accuracy and completeness.
- 2. To prepare payment for overseas creditors and local creditors.
- 3. To prepare an official receipt for overseas customers once payment is in our foreign currency account.
- 4. To perform accounts payable, such as verifying all invoices for payment, ensuring expenditures are charges to the appropriate account.
- 5. To prepare overseas and local debtorβs statement.
- 6. To perform any other related duties as the management may require from time to time.
- 7. Additional responsibilities as when instructed by superior.
