Job Responsibilities – Finance Executive (Banking Operations)

• Prepare and maintain daily bank position reports to ensure accurate monitoring of funds across all accounts.
• Review and verify all daily incoming transactions for accuracy and proper recording.
• Ensure timely processing and proper documentation of backdated entries in the system.
• Monitor transactions to avoid duplication and maintain data integrity.
• Perform receipt confirmations against bank records and system entries.
• Download and attach bank statements, or obtain transaction verification from the bank (including telephonic confirmation in urgent cases).<...
