Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on financial reporting experience, and the ability to manage routine finance operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping and post financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and reconcile ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review and update management reporting systems and Excel-based reporting templates.
• Prepare and record transactions related to Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding and payables.
• Reconcile Sales Tax and Income Tax records for monthly tax returns.
• Manage vendor-related matters, including purchase orders and vendor payments.
