Key Responsibilities
1. Account Receivable Operations
Process and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately and timely.
Ensure all billing is supported by valid documents (Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, contracts).
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account records in the system.
Perform daily AR transaction recording in ERP system.
2. Collection & Credit Control
Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
Liaise with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment status, and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with approved credit terms and credit limits.
Escalate long-outstanding debts or high-risk accounts to Finance Manager.
Support implementation of effective credit control procedures.
3. Reconciliation & Account Management
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
