Management Company Finance
- Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts.
- Manage statutory filings and ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
- Lead the preparation of annual accounts.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
- Oversee payment processes, approvals, and financial controls.
- Manage payroll and LLP drawings, including pensions, HMRC obligations, and related compliance.
- Maintain a clear, accurate financial picture for senior management and partners.
Tax and Compliance
- Support tax structuring for the management company and related entities.
- Ensure ongoing compliance requirements are met for the management company.
- Oversee FCA (Appointed Representative) compliance matters in coordination with internal and external advisers.
- Support HRβrelated matters where finance, payroll, or compliance overlap. <...
