Job Description
Provide full financial leadership across the UK business, partnering the UK MD and Senior Management Team. Oversee all core finance activities including:
Treasury and cash managementFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Financial and statutory accountingAccounts Payable / ReceivableLead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and 5-year planning processes.Deliver robust financial analysis for strategic initiatives and capital investments (including DCF modelling)Partner with commercial and operational leaders to evaluate sales, pricing, and manufacturing strategiesEnsure accurate, timely financial reporting and statutory compliance across multiple UK entities.Provide oversight of tax, VAT and regulatory compliance, including group reporting requirements.Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, and systems.Lead, mento...
