, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead AR, AP, Billing, GL Accounting, and FP&A offshore teams across India.Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Implement strong internal controls and governance frameworks.Drive finance transformation initiatives including RPA, workflow automation, and dashboards.Lead India statutory compliance – GST, TDS, Companies Act, tax audits, transfer pricing.Oversee statutory and internal audits and ensure accurate regulatory filings.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for the India entity.Act as primary finance leader for India operations and global partnerships.Develop KPIs, dashboards, and SLA frameworks for performance measurement.Lead and mentor large shared services teams while building a culture of excellence.
