Position Overview
Responsibilities - Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and PE sponsors, driving financial strategy, commercial performance, and exit readiness.
- Group financial reporting IFRS and statutory compliance.
- Act as a genuine business partner to the CEO translating financial insight into commercial strategy and decisions.
- FP&A budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and management reporting.
- Treasury, tax, and cash flow management across multiple jurisdictions.
- M&A due diligence, financial modelling, and deal structuring.
- Franchise and partner financial management.
- Work collaboratively with Executive Leadership team.
- Own the group financial strategy, annual budgeting, long-range forecasting processes and treasury management.
