Responsibilities
Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risksRetain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problemsSet targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnelOversee the external audit and liaise directly with the auditorsDevelop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with banks, customers and suppliersPrepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly basis and report directly to the boardAssist with hiring a finance manager/assistance to support you in your roleEnsure the stock syst...
