Essential Responsibilities:
Lead several process workstreams through explorations, gap analysis, integration planning, execution, and problem solvingIdentify finance-related risks and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate the identified risksDiscuss finance/accounting concepts with others across the organizationLead and drive execution of plans and influence where you do not have direct authority through strong interpersonal skillsProactively engage, evaluate, and drive resolution of potential conflicts between various Finance and non-Finance functionsManage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyWork collaboratively with workstream leads and subject matter experts to arrive at risk-based approaches related to tactical execution stepsComfort with problem solving and creative solutioningMinimum Qualifications:
