Position Summary

We are seeking a relationship-driven Financial Coach to help individuals better understand their financial habits, budgeting behaviors, and the tools and resources available to support their goals. This is not a financial advisor role. Instead of directing people on what to do with their money, this position focuses on education, behavior-based coaching, and building confidence.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct one-on-one financial coaching sessions using a supportive, nonjudgmental approach

+ Help individuals build a clear picture of where their money is going and identify opportunities to move more spending toward savings

+ Guide clients through a three-session coaching experience, with the first session focused on creating a visual snapshot of spending and financial habits
