Program participants will join the JPMorgan Chase team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as English and soft skills such as communication. They will also be taught the culture and structure of the company and will be provided tools to achieve a good work–study balance.

• University students from Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related careers, who are at least halfway through their degree.
• Advanced level of English; no previous work experience required.
• Eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self‑initiated.

• Program length: 18 months maximum.
• Workload: 19 hours per week.
