The CPX (Construction Project Execution) Finance Business Partner function focuses on financial management of capital projects, ensuring profitability, cost control, and financial discipline across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Project Cost Controlling & Profitability Management
- Perform project cost controlling on indirect and direct costs- Inform SSC to ensure correct capitalization of assets under construction (AUC) and timely cost reclassification upon project completion- Track and update project POC/TOR based on business milestones and manage labor rate management and cost tracking Rolling Forecast, Target Commitment & Performance Reviews
