The Finance Business Partner, Operations will provide timely, relevant, and accurate information, along with insightful analysis, to support senior management’s decision-making. The role involves developing the capability to enable swift data extraction and visualization, enhancing visibility and transparency of key business metrics. The focus is on delivering meaningful insights to support the continued and sustainable profitable growth of the Filtrona business.

• Drive improvement in conversion costs and site fixed overheads versus budget and historical periods. Provide actionable insights, identify focus areas, and run simulations to help site management optimize cost levels in line with forecasted business activity. This includes monthly tracking and action monitoring, working collaboratively with site teams across functions, and creating visibility for the global manufacturing team regarding improvement actions.
