Based at Al Ain Serco are currently seeking a Business/Finance Manager role to manage, coordinate and assess financial and commercial activities of the MELABS military contract and to provide financial advice and support to the MELABS senior leadership team to enable them to make sound business decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and commercial leadership and advice to Contract Manager - MELABS and the Senior Management Team
• Ensure the adequacy of financial resources and financial disciplines to underpin the achievement of Contract strategy and objectives.
• Be the SME in respect of Serco`s rights and obligations under the MELABS Contract and act as the adviser in respect of all matters of `contracts management `and `sub-contracts management`. Be able to advise the Senior Management Team on all matters to do with Contract terms & conditions.
