Position Overview
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and or review of Local Financial statements for the Benelux entities
- Coordinating accounting and transactional activities with the Shared Service Center (SSC)
- Overseeing VAT declarations with support from external advisers and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supporting payroll processes in collaboration with HR and external providers across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
- Assisting with external audits and acting as a key point of contact for auditors
- Following up on accounts payable topics in close cooperation with procurement and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the implementation of a new Oracle ERP system
You have a solid finance background and enjoy working in a coordinating and multi-stakeholder environment:
