supporting a client company, a fast‑growing start‑up, in the search for a Finance Associate to join its team during a phase of development.
Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for the following activities:
- Support management control activities, including monthly reporting, budget tracking and variance analysis;
- Prepare and analyze management reporting, KPIs and financial dashboards for internal stakeholders;
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes;
- Actively contribute to M&A activities, including financial modeling, valuation; support, due diligence preparation and data analysis;
- Prepare materials for investors, board meetings and strategic decision-making;
- Coordinate with external advisors (accounting firms, tax advisors, auditors) for bookkeeping, statutory reporting and tax compliance;
