A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its growing Banking & Finance team in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Associate with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded practice advising on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions across the Middle East. The successful Finance Associate will work alongside respected Partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of matters, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate lending.

The Finance Associate will gain exposure to high-profile transactions involving lenders, private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, developers and major corporate organisations across the GCC region.

You must have previous Banking & Finance experience to be considered for this role.
