ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our growing Finance & Accounts team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and multi-channel sales
reporting - and will thrive in a fast-paced, e-commerce-driven environment.
GST COMPLIANCE
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3 B, GSTR-9)
Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.)
Manage platform-wise sales recognition and ensure accurate GST reporting for multi-channel sales
Handle GST notices, registration, and liaise with consultants where required
TDS COMPLIANCE
Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns (Form 24 Q, 26 Q) within due dates
Issue Form 16 / 16 A to vendors and employees
Reconcile TDS payables and receivables in books
PROVIDENT FUND (PF) & PROFESSIONAL TAX (PT)
