We are inviting applications for a Finance Assistant to join the Buyers Team supporting the University’s purchasing and finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact in the Buyers Team.
• Convert requisitions into purchase orders for goods and services, including travel bookings and other purchasing activities.
• Provide finance‑related support and advice to staff and students via Teams and email.
• Perform purchase‑order housekeeping activities.
• Adhere to budgeting, policy, and timelines to meet deadlines.
