The Assistant Finance Manager will primarily cover the financial management of a Singapore domiciled fund investing in Japanese real estate assets. As the platform evolves, coverage may extend to additional funds or markets over time. The role is based in Singapore and will require managing external service providers and internal stakeholders as well as liaising with global investors, to ensure the timely and accurate compliance with deadlines for financial reporting, statutory reporting as well as tax, VAT and other regulatory filing requirements. They may also assist with the acquisition of future assets. Occasional travel to Japan may be required.
