Overview

We are seeking a Finance and Master Data Team Leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, master data integrity, and reconciliation activities .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team handling CMA, pricing, and master data processes
• Perform and review reconciliation of financial data, pricing, and agreements
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data records
• Monitor team performance and ensure SLA achievement
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements
• Support audits and compliance activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• 2–4 years supervisory experience
• Strong Reconciliation experience (highly preferred)
• Experience in master data and financial operations
