Position Overview
The Finance & Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and provide finance, human resource and facility management support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities - Oversee daily financial operations, including managing accounts, liaising with outsourced bookkeeping company, and preparing financial reports.
- Manage budget preparation, financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Track donation received, issue tax deductible/non-tax-deductible receipts, and manage IRAS submission.
- Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation planning.
- Administer HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and training.
- Support employee engagement and ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws.
