The ERP Financial Systems Business Analyst will:
Provide User Management (onboarding/offboarding), gathering new requirements, troubleshooting and Training end users for the Concur Expense Management system, Coupa Business Spend management system, and Dynamics-GP and NetSuite ERP systems (migrating from GP to NetSuite) Be the Primary Support asset and System Administrator for the above-mentioned applications Assist Application Owners in project-based work such as gathering any business requirements, including prototyping solutions, testing, UAT and Training Prioritize, schedule meetings, and complete IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner, including documenting all the steps/resolution in the corresponding request/ticket Follow established policies, procedures to support the applications Develop application specific procedures, materials, and support guides ...
