Job Description
- Financial Management and Planning
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management for strategic planning.
- Accounting Operations
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and documents.
- File tax returns and other government-mandated reports (e.g., BIR, SSS, PHIC, PAG-IBIG).
