Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting Team such as but not limited to, general accounting, accounts payable, taxation , treasury and credit & collection.
Ensure on time month-end and year-end closing of books and produce financial reports in accordance with PFRS and other government agencies' reportorial requirements and ready for external audit.
Evaluates existing processes and provides suggestions to improve accounting methods, policies and principles.
Incharge of preparation of annual budgets and the updating thereof, in case of changes in assumptions as well as tracking of business and financial metrics
Monitor project financials and report to management any recommendations to ensure healthy financial performance.
Manage other/special/ ad-hoc/ projects/ duties as assigned from time to time
