Position Overview

The Finance Analyst position is an operational finance role focused on supporting construction projects across finance and operations functions. Each project at Kiewit operates like a small business, with this role concentrating on critical tasks such as cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, human capital management, and compliance. This role will develop expertise in executing processes and utilizing tools related to various cost and revenue components, including labor, construction equipment, materials, and subcontracts. The Finance Analyst will be an integral part of the month-end close process and will assist in preparing financial reporting packages for project management.
