Finance & Accounting - Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee dayβtoβday accounting operations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts and supporting schedules
- Coordinate VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Maintain organized financial records, contracts and supporting documentation
Banking & Compliance - Manage relationships with banks and coordinate KYC updates, account reviews and compliance requirements
- Prepare banking documentation and support account openings, amendments and other banking activities
