Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide support for finance and related administrative functions within the Finance department.
- Liaise with learners and companies through phone calls and emails in relation to outstanding invoices or other matters.
- Maintain accurate communication records using Microsoft Excel and prepare documents using Microsoft Word.
- Communicate and work with internal colleagues through email, phone calls or meetings.
- Schedule meetings to review work progress with Finance colleagues.
Requirements - Minimum O’ level qualification
- Experience in office environment or customer service-related work preferred
- Meticulous and customer service-oriented
