Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Finance & Admin Senior Executive for 1 year renewable contract to support both finance operations and office administration functions.
Finance - Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Prepare month-end closing and bank reconciliations
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on receivables
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Prepare GST submissions and basic financial reports
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents when required
HR & Admin Support - Support basic HR outsourcing functions including payroll, leave administration, and employee records
- Provide ad-hoc assistance in general office administration and coordination tasks as required
Requirements
