Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for 8 accounting books across multiple countries and systems.
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Bukku.
- Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank entries.
- Ensure proper classification and posting of transactions in respective ledgers.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all entities.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support monthβend closing activities for each entity independently.
- Maintain and reconcile intercompany balances where applicable.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for reporting and audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all transactions.
