The Financial Accounting Specialist will support companies in making critical financial decisions by collecting, monitoring, and correcting financial data. The role will be responsible for financial audits, bank reconciliations, and ensuring that financial records are accurate throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the company’s accounting books.
• Ensure the timely and accurate posting in Navision of all unbilled costs and revenues.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all tax regulations (mainly the daily SII system).
• Review VISA statements, cash advances, and business expense reimbursements submitted by managers.
• Verify and ensure that settlements and reimbursements are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures, and properly approved according to current authorization levels.
