Job Description
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions (journal entries, AR/AP, cash & bank transactions).
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Monitor project cost allocation and ensure accurate recording per project.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Project, Legal) regarding financial matters.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
