Adecco is currently assisting a client in Diamond Bar with hiring a dependable and organized File Clerk. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, and maintaining a professional front desk presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, and organizing accounting records. No phone answering is required.
Responsibilities:
+ Welcome and assist visitors, mail carriers, and delivery personnel professionally
+ Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
+ Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital accounting records
+ Sort and store accounting documents for easy accessibility
+ Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks
