Description We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to support a Contract document digitization assignment in Delray Beach, Florida. This role will focus on organizing, preparing, and scanning paper records so they can be securely maintained in electronic form. The ideal candidate is dependable, handles sensitive information with care, and works accurately in a structured environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare paper records for digitization by sorting, organizing, and reviewing files before scanning
• Scan physical documents accurately and confirm that electronic copies are complete, clear, and properly saved
• Maintain orderly filing systems for both paper and digital records to support easy retrieval
