Description
We are looking for a dependable File Clerk to support a professional services office in Bronx, New York through a short-term Contract assignment. This onsite role is expected to last approximately one month and focuses on organizing records, digitizing documents, and providing day-to-day administrative assistance. The position is well suited for someone who works carefully with high volumes of paperwork and is comfortable maintaining accurate electronic filing systems.
Responsibilities:
• Scan paper records and upload them into designated SharePoint folders with close attention to accuracy and file organization.
• Sort, label, and maintain physical files, folders, and boxed records so materials can be retrieved quickly when needed.
