Field Training Officer – Datacenter Security

As the primary training resource for a campus or metro location, you will lead onboarding and ongoing training for security personnel, maintain accurate training records, support audits, and collaborate with campus and regional leadership to ensure high security standards and a strong culture of safety. You will identify training gaps, implement structured development plans, and contribute to process improvements to continuously enhance the security program.
