Igne is seeking a Field Technician to join the Construction Materials Testing Division in the Bristol. But if you’re picturing a sterile lab and a white coat, this isn’t that kind of role! Instead, you’ll be working hands-on with ground and soil samples, using the latest technology to help our construction sector clients identify cost-effective solutions for their building projects.

This role will involve working out on site obtaining various soil and construction material samples and testing them in-situ. Consideration will be given to experienced field technicians. What we do need is for you to have a clean UK driving license and a desire to work outdoors in all weathers. This is a full-time job with excellent rates of pay and overtime (both in the week and over the weekend), and the opportunity to work in an exciting and growing sector along with excellent career opportunities.
