The Field Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned renovations in the assigned market, including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. A HVAC certification is highly preferred. The ideal Technician must be a licensed driver and have reliable transportation to cover the metro region.
